These include, but are not limited to, numerical simulations in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energy and particle transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-physics modelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plasma turbulence and related transport processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plasma hydrodynamics including linear, nonlinear and\/or extended MHD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plasma instabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edge and plasma-material interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heating, fueling and current drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laser-plasma interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast particle physics and burning plasma issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scenario development and control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusion reactor materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusion reactor technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The language of the workshop will be in English and it will be open to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be keynote, invited and contributed presentations. The abstract submission opens on<strong> July 18, 2022<\/strong> and closes on <strong>October 7, 2022 at 1pm&nbsp;CEST.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants at the Fusion HPC Workshop will gain a broad understanding of the status of fusion HPC research internationally by attending presentations by leading researchers in a broad range of topics. Question and answer sessions will follow presentations with the option to either write or use the microphone to ask questions.
